• 1.2 We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
• 1.3 By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent to make a purchase.

2. Products & Orders

• 2.1 Product Descriptions: We make every effort to ensure product images and descriptions are accurate. However, as crystals are natural products, variations in size, shape, and color may occur.
• 2.2 Order Confirmation: Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not constitute acceptance of the order; we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
• 2.3 Order Cancellation: Once an order is placed, products are non-cancellable and non-refundable (see Returns & Refunds for details).

3. Pricing & Payments

• 3.1 All prices on our website are in INR (Indian Rupees) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• 3.2 We accept payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other online payment methods.
• 3.3 In case of pricing errors or discrepancies, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust the order with prior notification.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• 4.1 As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number which you can use to track your order on the courier company's website.
• 4.2 Delivery Timelines: Standard delivery times vary between 7-10 business days within India.
• 4.3 The customer must provide a full and valid address and contact details. The courier company cannot be held responsible for loss of shipment due to incorrect address details.
• 4.4 If the customer is unable to receive the package on the first attempt and the order is returned to us, additional fees will be charged for further shipping attempts. Please email us at riseyourvibes18@gmail.com in such cases.
• 4.5 In case you receive a damaged-in-transit package, please email us at riseyourvibes18@gmail.com. Our support team will work with you to provide a solution.

5. Returns & Refunds

At Rise Ur Vibes, we provide high-quality crystals and related products. Please note the following:

• 5.1 Non-Returnable: Once an order is placed, products are generally non-returnable.
• 5.2 Refund Policy: We do not accept returns or offer refunds for most crystal products once they have been purchased due to the nature and customization of the items. Please ensure your selection before completing the purchase.
• 5.3 Exceptions: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• 5.4 Unboxing Video Requirement: To support damage or missing-item claims, you must provide an unboxing video taken immediately upon delivery. Without a valid unboxing video, Rise Ur Vibes may not be able to accept claims for missing parts or damages.

Note: While crystals are believed to have various metaphysical properties, Rise Ur Vibes makes no claims regarding specific results. Purchases are made at the buyer's own discretion and risk.

6. Use of Website

• 6.1 User Conduct: You agree not to use our website for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activities.
• 6.2 Intellectual Property: All content, including images, logos, and text, is the exclusive property of Rise Ur Vibes and cannot be used without permission.
• 6.3 Third-Party Links: Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

7. Limitation of Liability

• 7.1 We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
